Director & Mentor

Muireann is an accomplished nurse with extensive experience, having begun her nursing career in Ireland before relocating to Australia in 2012 with her family. Throughout her nearly twenty years of practice, she has held numerous leadership roles in both clinical and non-clinical contexts. Her promotion to an executive position attests to her expertise in workforce strategy, nursing excellence, and innovation, as well as her commitment to advancing the nursing profession. she is specifically interested in creating environments where nurses can thrive and achieve excellent outcomes together.

Lisa Lucas

Director & Mentor

Lisa possesses over twenty years of dedicated nursing experience with expertise across various specialties, including Oncology, Surgical, Cardiology, retrieval services, and Emergency Nursing. For 16 years, she has provided her exceptional skills to several of Australia's largest Emergency departments, both in tertiary centres and rural and remote locations. Throughout her career, Lisa has taken on several leadership roles, including Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Consultant, Nurse Educator, Clinical Researcher, and Nursing Director. She has consistently demonstrated a profound commitment to professional development, and her mentorship has assisted numerous nurses in discovering their career path and achieving their full potential.
