Lisa possesses over twenty years of dedicated nursing experience with expertise across various specialties, including Oncology, Surgical, Cardiology, retrieval services, and Emergency Nursing. For 16 years, she has provided her exceptional skills to several of Australia's largest Emergency departments, both in tertiary centres and rural and remote locations. Throughout her career, Lisa has taken on several leadership roles, including Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Consultant, Nurse Educator, Clinical Researcher, and Nursing Director. She has consistently demonstrated a profound commitment to professional development, and her mentorship has assisted numerous nurses in discovering their career path and achieving their full potential.
